Joann Marburger, pastry chef and co- owner of Patisserie 42, is a graduate of LE Cordon Bleu and has a culinary degree in pastry arts along with many other pastry certifications. During the course of her journey, she has worked as a pastry chef in both 5-star and 4-star resorts and restaurants. She also has professional experience with formal and fine dining desserts along with keeping up on the latest trends.
In 2019, Marburger partnered up with Bill Rini and Chris Winter, owner and co-owner, respectively, of Taste of Excellence Catering–both with exquisite and professional backgrounds. Together, they bring you Patisserie 42.
